Chhattisgarh Rajbhasha Aayog Chhattisgarhi Official Language Commission has been established by the State Government with the aim of taking all the measures for the use of Chhattisgarhi in the circulation, development and governance of Chhattisgarh by giving Chhattisgarh the official language of the state. Chhattisgarh's senior writers were awarded 'Chhattisgarhi Official Language Commission Award 2010' for their service to Chhattisgarhi literature. There is a plan to purchase books of 'My Kothi' by purchasing books of any language related to Chhattisgarh or Chhattisgarhi. The 'Bijaa program' was launched to collect the missing words of Chhattisgarhi, which is the plan to collect all the words going out of circulation from all the people of the state. The curriculum of PG Diploma in Functional Chhattisgarh was started in Kushabhau Thakre Journalism University. A seminar was organized in Ambikapur on the subject of interrelation between Chhattisgarh and Saruguzha. Similarly, the collection of literature written in Chhattisgarh and Chhattisgarh under the Mai Kothi scheme is being done.
